Most issues are solved by customer service. If a written complaint has not led to a satisfactory outcome, participates in the following dispute resolution service, free of charge for you, to settle the dispute amicably.

The service can be used only if:
- you first sent a written complaint to our customer service, at [email protected], and it did not lead to a satisfactory settlement within two months;
- your request is filed within one year of that written complaint;
- the dispute has not already been examined by another service or by a court.
Using the service is free for you and does not waive any remedy: you may at any time bring a claim in the small claims court of your county, contact the consumer protection division of your state attorney general, or report a problem to the Federal Trade Commission, as stated in section 15 of the Terms of Sale.
