Enter the order number from your confirmation email, or the tracking number received when it shipped.
Where do I find my number?
The order number is at the top of the confirmation email received after payment. The tracking number arrives in the second email, the shipping one. Either one is enough.
Didn't receive any email? Check your spam folder, then write to us with the address used when ordering.
